Founder & Oracle
is the founder and spiritual teacher of SOULution Sanctuary. As a gifted medium, intuitive, and channel for divine wisdom, Deb has been guiding others on their spiritual path for over 25 years. Her teachings open portals of remembrance—helping others reconnect to their purpose, awaken their intuitive gifts, and heal across lifetimes. She leads with compassion, clarity, and a deep connection to the unseen realms. Deb’s bi-weekly spiritual gatherings offer ongoing insight and channeled wisdom for our community’s evolution.
Dana Nieto-Sheppard
Ceremonial Guide and Breathwork Facilitator
is a medicine carrier and spiritual facilitator devoted to the path of sacred healing. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with embodied presence, holding safe and nurturing space for those navigating the spiral of transformation. Dana is also a certified breathwork guide and sound healing practitioner. She weaves somatic practice, soul listening, and gentle activation into every space she holds, guiding others to connect with their inner healer and divine essence.
Zachary “Dutch” Harwell
Shaman & Ceremonial Guide
Dutch is our ceremonial guardian and spiritual cultivator. A trained shaman, master grower, and integrative guide, Dutch is the creator of KEY—a proprietary and unique strain cultivated through intuitive communion with the Earth. He brings deep reverence to his role, combining ancient knowledge, energy work, and neuro-linguistic understanding to support personal and collective evolution. Dutch is committed to walking beside those who are ready to awaken to the sacred mystery of life.

Why We Exist
SOULution Sanctuary was born from remembrance.
It began with a book—The Immortality Key—a spark that awakened something ancient within us. As we read, something stirred. Memories surfaced. We began to remember lifetimes of devotion, sacred ceremony, and working in partnership with the Earth.
Deb and Dana were shown visions of their soul’s path—lives once lived in service to spiritual healing, guiding others through sacred ritual and the mysteries of plant wisdom. It became clear: this was not a new path. It was a return.
As we began walking this path more intentionally, we were divinely connected with Dutch. From the very beginning, we recognized the soul signature of someone we had known before. Another remembrance unfolded.
Dutch brought with him lifetimes of knowledge—anchored in this life through his work as a master cultivator and ceremonial guide. His reverence for the Earth and intuitive relationship with plant wisdom became a vital piece of the Sanctuary’s foundation.
Together, we remembered who we were.
Together, we built what now exists.
SOULution Sanctuary is a living expression of that remembrance.
A space for those who are ready to return.
We exist for the ones waking up and not yet knowing why.
